RATES:
All rates are subject to change without notice until
a definite reservation is made. Monthly rates and ski leases are available
for some of the properties.
ROOM TAX:
The Placer County room tax is 10% of the rental amount for rentals of 30 days or less.
DEPOSITS:
Deposits are approximately 1/3 of and separate from the rental amount and serve as a deposit to hold the property until your arrival, and then serve as a security deposit until your departure. They are fully refundable, after your rental, as long as you leave the property reasonably clean and without damage.
MAID SERVICE:
Check-out maid service is provided for a nominal fee.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4 PM on your day of arrival. Check-out time is noon on your day of
departure.
PRIME-HOLIDAYS:
The months of July & August plus all major holidays. The higher holiday rates apply to the Christmas/New Year's time periods.
IN-SEASON:
Summer: Mid-June through Mid-September
Winter: Mid-December through Mid-April
OFF-SEASON:
Spring: Mid-Apr thru Mid-Jun except for Easter week and Memorial Day weekend
Autumn: Mid-Sep thru Mid-Dec except for Thanksgiving period
