Cancellation Policy


  1. Any cancellation is subject to a $75 cancellation and rebooking fee.

  2. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date is subject to a full forfeiture of the initial deposit.

  3. Any cancellation less than 15 days prior to the reservation start date is subject to a full forfeiture of the increased deposit or the full rental amount.

  4. If we are able to rebook the property after a cancellation, the amount of the rebooking will reduce the amount of the forfeiture up to the full amount of the deposit less the $75 cancellation and rebooking fee.
