Rentals - Terms & Conditions
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice until a definite reservation is made.
The higher rates apply to holidays & prime winter & summertime.
Monthly rates & ski-leases are available for some of the properties.
Room Tax: The Placer County room tax is 10% of the rental amount for rentals of 30 days or less.
Deposits: Deposits are approximately 1/3 of the rental amount for rentals of 30 days or less. They serve as a deposit to hold the property until your arrival, and then serve as your security deposit until your departure. They are fully refundable, within a few days after your rental, if you leave the property reasonably clean & without damage.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 4 PM on your date of arrival.
Check-out time is 11 AM on your date of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Any cancellation is subject to a $35 cancellation & rebooking fee.
2. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date is subject to a full forfeiture of the deposit.
3. If we are able to rebook the property after a cancellation, the amount of the rebooking will reduce the amount of the forfeiture up to the full amount of the deposit less the $35 cancellation & rebooking fee.
